Independence is taken not given … freedom, equality and brotherhood…

My fellow patriots!
« There is no competition in the air, no conflicts or sectarian hatred anymore, we are one Arab Syrian nation, one that’s considered weak but finds strength in righteousness, standing alert to claim its stolen rights, a nation with a great history and noble aspirations, a nation that seeks a viable existence which is a natural right for every nation, a nation divided by western colonialism but got united by the principles of human rights and the declaration of freedom, equality and brotherhood. There is no such thing as Druze, Sunni, Shiite, Alawi or Christian, we are all the children of one nation sharing the same language and the same traditions and interests, there is only Arab Syrians ».
« My fellow patriots from all different sects and groups, you have only one enemy, that’s the oppressive military rule and foreign occupation. So rally to save our country from difficulty and raise the flag of unity, solidarity and sacrifice. Our movement today is sacred and demands freedom, independence and guaranteeing the nation’s rights on the basis of sovereignty on our land. So let the Druze, Sunni, Shiite, Alawi and Christian firmly unite, and let our hearts be combined in national brotherhood and devotion to our country, and let’s have a solid unified will ».
The commander of the armies of the sacred Syrian National Revolution requests that all Arab Syrians:
1- Declare national brotherhood among all sects.
2- Be in charge of the security of each neighborhood (quarter) whenever the revolution army defeats the colonists and enters these quarters.
3- Form national police patrols and stations lead by loyal, respectable national leaders and whose job should be to maintain internal communications to ensure security, protect properties, and prevent offenses.
4- Form a local force of volunteers to meet the revolutionary battalions with national songs and cheers as soon as they reach the suburbs of towns or city limits considering that the whole nation is one army of this sacred revolution.
« These are the instructions that must be followed by the Syrian Arab people in towns and villages in support of the national fraternity and the national revolution.
Long live free and independent Syria ».
